Sudduth Search is pleased to announce the placement of Tom Caldwell as General Manager, Power Solutions at Advanced Industrial Devices (AID), a PE-backed provider of electric motor automation and control solutions for the energy, dewatering/water/wastewater, mining & aggregates, and HVAC sectors.
Tom joins AID as a 30-Year New Product Development veteran, with diverse experience across the engineering and business fields. He earned two undergraduate degrees in Aviation from Embry Riddle and a Master’s in Resource Management from Chapman University. While he specializes in power management solutions, he also brings the unique experience of having helped many organizations identify, assess and develop new opportunities, and implement their subsequent go-to-market strategies.
Sudduth Search also recently brought on a Senior Vice President of Sales for AID.
