Shane brings 15 years of sales leadership to PRIME, with 12 in the wireless industry for Victra (Verizon). He most recently worked as an assistant merchandising manager for Lowe’s. Shane is passionate about mentorship and focuses on motivating through a combination of coaching and recognition. He uses metrics to guide performance and identifies “need” by directly observing customer-employee interactions in the field.
