JR joins AID as an accomplished sales and marketing leader with experience managing several hundred-million-dollar divisions, and a commitment to refining and implementing strategies that drive performance. Among some of his greatest accomplishments was reducing quote generation time from four days to eight hours and diversifying a customer base to exceed revenue goals by +2% in a year when the company expected to be down -5%. He is strategic in his approach, and he has extensive experience with process improvement and varying fields of operation to offer new products and services.
