While Jake naturally connects easily with people, he learned the fundamentals of business development and building strong customer relationships during his time with Fastenal. He then moved onto A&I Fastener & Supply Co., where he has been for the past six years. A proven performer, Jake has worked on a 100% commission structure there. He added over 50 new clients in the last two years alone, and sold $1M in revenue both fiscals.
