Our specialty is doing multiple searches for one company on a
rolling retainer, which works well because we already know the company, the culture, growth objectives, hiring practices, etc. We have worked with several referenceable, PE backed clients with 20+ completed searches. One was a Blackstone Private Equity
portfolio company in major growth mode (50 acquisitions that year) and another was a Private Equity backed company going through a strategic shift in their offerings while structuring for a public offering.
