As the Founder and Managing Partner of Sudduth Search, Jen brings over 20 years of experience in executive search across a range of industries, including industrial, manufacturing, technology, and energy sectors. Her firm specializes in recruiting talent for mid-level management to CEO and board positions, serving both private and public companies. Jen has a particular focus on working with investor-backed firms and private equity partners navigating transformations such as rapid growth, fundraising, or preparing for an exit.
Jen received a BS in Psychology from Texas Christian University. She currently serves on the board of The Houston Association for Corporate Growth (M&A focused organization) and is the Co-Chair of the 2025 Texas ACG Capital Conference, an annual conference supporting dealmakers in M&A across the nation. She is also the current Chair of the Special Olympics Advisory board for a region within Texas. Jen was a 2022 HBJ “Women Who Mean Business” nominee, is the past TCU Business Alumni Breakfast Chair, the past President of the Houston Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. She is also an investor with Portfolia, an organization that designs investing funds for women, backing the innovative companies we want in the world.
Jen lives in the Heights with her husband and business partner, Britt Sudduth. She has two adult children and a family dog, Hershey Sudduth, who has been recognized for being the best dog in the world by Jen herself.
