Alana Murphy is the Director of Operations at Sudduth Search, where she ensures and supports operational efficiency across candidate sourcing, research, and project management. In her role, Alana oversees scheduling, team coordination, and client relations, consistently fostering productive client interactions and a seamless search process.
Prior to joining Sudduth Search, Alana spent almost 20 years at The Hertz Corporation, where she gained valuable hands-on experience in customer service, project management, and problem-solving while supporting a range of executive leaders. It was there she discovered her passion for building efficient systems that help teams run smoothly and make clients’ lives easier.
Alana holds a bachelor’s in business marketing from the University of South Florida and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. Originally from Florida, she now calls Houston home, where she enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and three sons, cheering on their sports teams.
