Brady began his career in customer service with Cintas as a participant in their 30-month Management Trainee Program. Upon graduating, he was promoted to a service manager role, where he honed his skills in relationship building, customer retention and process improvement, and quickly discovered an affinity for sales. His sales experience spans a variety of industries and he has successfully leveraged several different styles. At CC Creations, though, he hit his stride with the customization aspect and working in the field.
“Brady is inquisitive by nature.
